How can I book a fishing trip with Black Moose Outposts?

You can book online via our website by selecting a “Book Online” button or select a “Request” button to send a non-binding inquiry for your preferred location. Alternatively, you can book by calling our office at +1 (807) 727 3461

What’s included in the price of a fishing trip with Black Moose Outposts?

All our fishing trips include:

  • Stay at the cabin – 7 nights
  • Flight from our base to the cabin and back
  • Ontario Outdoors Card
  • 8-day conservation fishing license
  • Unlimited use of boats and gas
  • Bedding
What are the requirements to fish in Ontario?

You will need a valid Ontario Outdoors Card and at least an 8-day conservation fishing license. When you book a trip with Black Moose Outposts, we include both documents in your stay and our staff will arrange them for you.

What happens, after I booked my fishing trip?

After booking your fishing trip, we will contact you via email three weeks before your stay with all the relevant trip details. In this email, you’ll have the opportunity to preorder food and drinks, check your flight time, and provide participant information so we can arrange your fishing licenses. If you have any questions before then, feel free to email or call us at any time.

How do your lakes look like?

At our “Stay” section you’ll find a detailed map of every lake for each cabin.

How do your boats look like?

Each boat can accommodate two people, based on the cabin’s maximum capacity. For example, if a cabin holds eight people, there will be at least four boats available. We continually upgrade our fleet, and in some locations, you’ll find new Lund boats paired with 15-horsepower engines as part of our annual improvements.
